The course covers key areas including kitchen organization, menu planning, food costing, purchasing and storage, hygiene and sanitation, staff supervision, and quality control.
Learners will develop practical and managerial skills to ensure food is prepared safely, economically, and to the required standards.

This course introduces learners to food and beverage management skills, customer service, hygiene practices, and hospitality operations at Level 6.
